The Hindu region is again making demands and has disregarded utterly the messages that have been sent to them. They have stated that they do not believe the threat of their destruction is serious and are continuing to make incursions into our region after being told repeatedly not to do so in no uncertain terms.
This is ridiculous, and it has to stop. We wash our hands of the fate of this bellicose little region.

If they have been posting messages on your regional happenings board then I'm pretty sure that is against the rules. You can file a report to the admins and hope they do something.
I assume you have already turned access off the regional control for the UN delagate right?

Just to make sure I got it right:
Yutalking gave you a warning then an allies forum was attacked. Then he region jumped around a little and is currently in Israel. This feels suspicious to you.
Just out of curiousity. How was the forum "blown up"?

Not exactly.
The warning was given to the region whose forum was nuked. The deed was done by this country getting access to admin privileges on the board, then using those privileges to IP ban the region's regulars and deleted everything. They've had to start a new forum because of this.
It feels suspicious to us because YuTalking behaved in exactly the same way that we've seen the Hindu Region's puppet countries behave in the past. They start trouble and then head to Israel for protection. It's not just that they jump around, it's the way that they do the jumping. I'm still not sure what the connection is between YuTalking and the leader of the effort that damaged the forums; the timing may have been coincidence, or it may have been an attempt to point a finger at us. And now there is another puppet called YuPsycho that's shown up in Israel. We also have reason to believe that another of their puppets has shown up in Moksha (it's called Klingom), but we're waiting to see if we can be certain on that count. At the same time, a country called Jack Daniels (a likely parody of one of our own countries, Scoth and Soda) has appeared in the Hindu region, and considering that the Hindu region are fundamentalists and Hindus don't drink, the uncharacteristically exuberant welcome that country has received in that region is a bit odd.
Basically, something's up, and since it has already involved one friendly region, I want to make sure the same thing doesn't happen elsewhere!
