The history of the BreenCardassianDominion has been a violent one. I have always had a enemy. I have always been in a war. But now I find myself in the Alliance which restricts me from taking any action to begin a war. So I am forced to do what I must to continue my bloody history. I have been in secret negotiations with the Coalition and HE.
The Alliance believes that I have 15,000 ships. I am afraid that I have hidden 100,000 ships in my colony. I used a nebula generator to create dark nebula to hide all those ships. I have placed kamikaze ships at the major ship yards, research stations, fleets, armadas, and battle stations of the Alliance and each member. Each one with a black hole generator able to create a black hole the size of solar system. 10 minutes ago they activated the generators. This action has killed about 40 billion of people. T.E.D. is down to 5 armadas, TD is down to 3 armadas, and the Alliance’s fleets have been completely destroyed. I hereby declare war on T.E.D., TD, Armedes, and Sigma Dome. He and I have sent out ships to hunt down and destroy every last Armedes fleet. I have 4000 ships heading for Sigma domes territory right now and HE has 3000 ships heading toward Sigma Dome as well. The Coalition is heading to N7 where Armedes has stations.
HE, the Coalition and I will only accept unconditional surrender for you guys. We will either be victorious or destroyed. We are the Power. We will never surrender. You might as well surrender you four have no chance of winning.

You might have destroyed most of my ships but I’m not out yet. Neither is TD. We will fight to the last ship. You might want to remember our war we had before. I have prepared Orion for an attack and all my ships are ready. All I can say is that Sigma Dome, TD, Armedes, and I will kick your rear.

I heard from T.E.D. that you and HE declared war on us. I thought he was joking. Well then since I lost a lot of ships, I guess I have no choice but to fight even harder. As Sigma Dome said “See you in hell.” T.E.D. and I wont real-life beat down on you but watch your food very carefully . Sorry I hate to break you this love fest hear but what do t3h and l33t mean? |

Thanks for the anchovy in my sandwich (It was a peanut butter and jelly sandwich)  . You better watch your food for now on. I am afraid that resisting would be futile. You see I was smart enough to get a really good position on the map. I have the most stary guys and thus more resources. T.E.D. was smart when he asked for more stars but ultimately I still have more resources. I have sent an armada of ships to the planet with the so called Alpha Armor. My fortress worlds are on the move. BCD said that I was sending 3000 ships to Sigma Dome. This is very much true but I am also sending three mobile fortress worlds each one ready to land a billion troops on Sigma Domes territory. So even if we can’t defeat his fleet, our three billion ground troops should do the trick. |

Armedes strongly protests this move and re-asserts our neutrality, please note that any attempt to harm our ships or personnel will result in you breaking Federation law, effectively declaring war on the entire Federation. We have dispatched ambassadorial ships to your command center to start negotiations.
We have notified our medical stations to expect casualties and will welcome members from both parties to recieve medical attention, however they will be stripped of weaponry and put under armed guard. Again, attempting to attack those under our care is an act of War on the entire Federation.

Federation rules, Federation regulations this is why we are declaring war. The Federation has been weakened over the years by the attacks of the dominion and the borg. I am more scared of a puppy then the Federation. I have just received word that a fleet on my ships found a group of Armedes ships. I am happy to announce that they have all been destroyed. I am afraid your neutrality will not save you Armedes. If it means declaring war on the Federation then BCD and I will.

You are a fool Halo Empire, our neutrality would have been the only thing to guarantee your survival. As much as we disagreed with your methodology, we would have harbored your units if they weren't engaged in active warfare as we loathe violence. This is not to be, then. Know that you were the one who alienated us.
You destroyed a civilian shuttle group, Halo (OOC: Godmoding? Why?). This is an atrocity uncalled for in this supposed war before our negotiations were concluded and terms dictated. None but a war criminal would choose to attack unarmed civilian units. We have hereby withdrawn any ambassadorial units in your zones of control and your crews have no priveleges in our stations except emergency care.
Be aware that I have instructed all Armedan units that BCD, Halo Empire and coalition ships are considered hostile and are war criminals in the eyes of the Federation and Armedan units. We will show your civilian units the courtesy and consideration you refuse to show ours and won't open fire on any ship that lacks weaponry and active sheilds.
Further, I shall write a petition to the President of the UFP to censor you and your allies for this brutal, under-handed and backstabbing attack of yours on the peaceful Federation.
Lastly, I know more than you would care to find out regarding the disposition of your troops and manufacturing capabilities, and let me remind you a billion machines (on your fortress world, sic) dressed to look like a soldier is not as good as the real thing, and Sigma Dome soldiers are far superior to any troops you can field mostly due to their better training, but enhanced by the cybernetic implant they have (coded to their individual DNA and other unique features, not able to be used by your 500 million real {green}troops).
Any attempt to attack our civilian units in N7 will remove any compunctions against violence we still hold. Those are peaceful medical and learning centers, none of which threaten you in the slightest. Our citizenry have little desire to fight you, considering the attack on the civilian shuttle fleet a mistake (that will NOT be repeated). However, a deliberate attack on N7 will signal that you are unreasonable and must be burned from the map, and we have the knowledge and the will to do so.

I hate to break it to your Armedes but the war is still going. I was talking with by brothers (after taking out pieces of orange in my chicken soup) and we believe that godmodding is not a good system for rp. So BCD and I are putting are attack on hold for now. Also we agree that the # of ships is not practical. Also I found another one of your fleets. Just found. I am waiting to hear about a new system and then say good bye Armedes. The Power will crush you, TD, T.E.D., and Sigma Dome. Its only a matter of time.

Very well, it's a temporary cease-fire pending re-organization of ship systems. In related news, I am happy to announce due to a gravitational and temporal anomaly, the civilian shuttle group has re-appeared in the same condition it was 2 seconds before the attack from the enemy forces. We have withdrawn our labeling of the BCD, Halo Empire and the coalition as war criminals. (OOC: Can you guys pick a name? so we can refer to you easily?)
While we treasure our neutrality, due to the hostile intentions of the coalition we are forced to align ourselves with the Federation against BCD, Halo Empire and Coalition. This, however, does not mean we shall restrict the INTERconnecting NETwork between the secceeded nations and the Federation.

The tensions between your governments and the Federation are quite in danger of resulting in a full-scale war. If anyone wishes amnesty from this, evacuate from your governments' territory and signal the closest Armedan unit. We shall escort you to a safe area and grant you full freedom and refuge. We of the Armedan people realize that not all would support war and shall make allowances for that. You have our assurance that you will be unharmed by any Federation or Armedan ship.

P.S. The BCD embassy in N7 received a bomb threat from a "Cyborg superiority" group. We weren't aware that the fringe group infiltrated the ranks of the students present on this station.

We thank you for our security for our embassy. He, the Coalition, and I call ourselves the Power. (Yeah HE and I were really original with that one.) If any of my civilians or HE civilians tries to leave our nations and become part of Armedes people they will be killed on site. We will not allow our civilians to desert us. They will either be part of our governments or they will die. But if any civilians from other governments what to become civilians under the Power we will accept you with open arms.

Any Federation citizens are strongly discouraged to enter Power space, due to their blatant human-rights abuses and dismissal of the concept of freedom. If, however, an Armedan citizen chooses to leave, all cybernetic implants will fuse their circuits so as to be unusable with no harm to their biological components.
Since morale in my nation is still pretty high, all Armedan units are content, loyal and keep their uniforms/implants.
BTW, since I am fighting alongside the Federation, my command crew has adopted standard Federation command uniforms. I have also opened up my tactical research databases to all current Federation members to do with as they please. All Federation members may or may not choose to use any of the following: Thalaron radiation weapon, zero-point energy reactors, chaotic sheild AI and advanced cybernetic implants (military and technical).
