as it was suggested a while ago, i would like to put forward an amendment vote to decide if we should replace all mentions of the word senate with the word council, and all mentions of the word senator with councillor in the constitution. this wouldn't effect anything else or change anyone's rights or privileges.

I don't think I'd go for this...

One question:
Why?
And it would be "Counsellor." I know, it sounds odd that a Counsellor would be in a Council, but that's the way most countries do it.

In Star Trek the people in the legistlature is known as Counsellor. It's just a thematic thing.

I see no point, other than thematic unity. I would not vote for this.
