Will the president or vice-president have any control over the senate, or vice-versa?(I no this question might be dumb, but my eyes are aching from reading constitution over and over again)

will the vice-president be elected seperately or will he/she be the running partner of the president like in the american system?

Clause 6: The Senate shall choose , the Vice President, and also a President pro tempore.
For now that will be the system we will use. It might be something that we want to change though.

is the P supposed to be the President?
Does the VP have to be a senator to become the VP? it says he is head of the senate and that he is elected by the senate, but it doesn't say whether or not he already had to be a senator.
