Well, let's establish a Line of Succession Act to determine the order of succession. Here's my idea:
---
PRESIDENTIAL LINE OF SUCCESSION ACT
1. In accordance with the 1st Amendment to the Constitution, the presidential line of succession shall be as follows: in case of the removal of the president from office, or of his death, resignation, or inability to discharge the powers and duties of the said office, the Vice President will succeed to the office and fill the rest of the President's term. Should the office of Vice President be vacant upon the said occasion, the President pro tempore of the Senate shall succeed to the Presidency. In continuance with this pattern, the Presidency shall succeed to: the Minister of Internal Affairs; the UN Delegate; the Chief of Military Staff; a Senator (in order of the votes he or she received for election); a former President (the most recent first); and any of the former holders of the above positions in that same order.
2. No Senator elected to fill a vacancy can succeed to the Presidency, unless all other Senators are unavailable, in which case the earlier elected Senator shall become the President.
3. Should two or more Senators tie for the highest amount of votes by which they were elected, the remaining members of the Senate shall vote to who will become the President.
4. Those removed from office shall forever lose the right to succeed to the Presidency, unless elected to another position.
---
We'll need to debate it more, but any other ideas or preferences?

What if the pro tempore was a Senator elected to fill a vacancy? Would they still be third in line for the Presidency?

How about this:
---
PRESIDENTIAL LINE OF SUCCESSION ACT

2. A Senator elected to fill a vacancy who has no higher office[/u] cannot succeed to the Presidency, unless all other Senators are unavailable, in which case the earlier appointed Senator shall become the President.
3. Should two or more Senators tie for the highest amount of votes by which they were elected, the remaining members of the Senate shall vote to who will become the President.
4. Those removed from office shall forever lose the right to succeed to the Presidency, unless elected to another position.

Actually minister of internal affairs should be before the delegate because, the delegate is just a representative to the Un, the minister of internal affairs is... well, what the position says.

You're right, that's true. I retract my previous comment.

Okay, let's take a vote. And remember, if you want to change the Act at all, don't hesitate to reject it.
I vote in favor.

4. Those removed from office shall forever lose the right to succeed to the Presidency, unless elected to another position. If you've been removed from office, you should never suceed to the Presidency. PERIOD. Until this is rectified, I vote against. -Tim

I agree with Tim - if you've left office of have been removed, I don't think you should be allowed to become president again. Any change in leadership results in a degree of instability for the region and willingly causing such strife is not easily forgiven in my book.
I am against the proposal in its current form.

So, do you suggest that we pass a law saying that an official removed from office cannot ever hold another public office?
