I thought because it says: This thread. You can't attack or advance within enemy territory, but you can place your fleets anywhere else you wish. Note that if you advance to the border (or very close) of someone's territory, they are fully justified in attacking your fleet. I came to the conclusion that we can’t enter. I’m sorry for the mix up. Yes that is me above.

Hehehe, sorry all. Yeah, you can't attack or advance into enemy territory NOW. Tommorow at this time you can. So place your fleets and move them as you wish. I'll try and get a full report ready on all fleet positions today.

Bad grammar is bad. Again, much apologies. OK, now I will place the fleets and put them together so everyone knows who is where. For our purposes, 100 ships is a fleet and 200 an armada, as screwing around with 600 ships to force you guys to fit into my fleet organization scheme takes too long and might ruffle some feathers. I will rename fleets and such accordingly, as it should be a small matter.
BreenCardassian Dominion Affiliation: TUUAORBGODAV Force Size: 600 + 1 supply station. Armada name: 1st BCD Armada; Primarily destroyers and battleships Location: d12 Armada name: 2nd BCD Armada; Primarily destroyers and battleships Location: d12 Armada name: 3rd BCD Armada; Primarily destroyers and battleships Location: d12 Station name: Control, Master Armada; Functions as C&C for the three BCD armadas, operates it as one. This station is considered a Supply/Bombard station. Location: d12 All BCD armadas are stationary around Cardassia.
Coalition Affiliation: TUUAORBGODAV Force size: 400 Armada name: 1st Coalition Armada; Composition unknown, Coalition forces are currently residing in Halo space. Location: K2 Armada name: 2nd coalition Armada; Composition unknown, Coalition forces are currently residing in Halo space. Location: K2
Sigma Dome (thank you for following instructions, easier to translate, but I'll have to modify your fleet sizes to scale up to what the others have. I'm changing 2 of the fleets into task forces, otherwise your system will not fit into this modified system I'm doing as a compromise) Affiliation: Federation Force Size: 600+ ships. Surveillance data on Sigma Dome is increasingly unreliable due to severe subspace distortions close by. Fleet name: 1st FDS Fleet; Roughly twice as many Fleet Carriers as Dreadnaughts. This fleet is considered heavy until further notice due to the Dreadnaughts. Also contains Assault Carriers, Cruisers and Destroyers Location: 010. Guarding Fleet name: 2nd FDS Fleet; Roughly twice as many Fleet Carriers as Dreadnaughts. This fleet is considered heavy until further notice due to the Dreadnaughts. Also contains Assault Carriers, Cruisers and Destroyers Location: 010. Guarding Fleet name: 3rd FDS Fleet; Roughly twice as many Fleet Carriers as Dreadnaughts. This fleet is considered heavy until further notice due to the Dreadnaughts. Also contains Assault Carriers, Cruisers and Destroyers Location: 010. Guarding Fleet name: 4th FDS Fleet; Roughly twice as many Fleet Carriers as Dreadnaughts. This fleet is considered heavy until further notice due to the Dreadnaughts. Also contains Assault Carriers, Cruisers and Destroyers Location: 010. Guarding Fleet name: 5th FDS Fleet; Roughly twice as many Fleet Carriers as Dreadnaughts. This fleet is considered heavy until further notice due to the Dreadnaughts. Also contains Assault Carriers, Cruisers and Destroyers Location: 010. Guarding Fleet name: 6th FDS Fleet; Roughly twice as many Fleet Carriers as Dreadnaughts. This fleet is considered heavy until further notice due to the Dreadnaughts. Also contains Assault Carriers, Cruisers and Destroyers Location: 010. Patrolling. Note: Sigma Dome's numerous mobile domes make it impossible to distinguish civilian stations from military ones, therefore we cannot ascertain which to consider as a battle-station. Due to the design, the stations are unlikely to have any major weapon systems other than standard point-defense systems.
Terrian Dominion Affiliation: Federation Force size: 500 Armada name: Homeland Defence Armada; Primarily Battleships, destroyers and assault carriers. Location: E9 Joint force name: Starfleet Assault Force 1; Comprised of 3 standard TD fleets in a joint formation with a TED armada; primarily Battleships, destroyers and assault carriers. Location: E12
Halo Empire Affiliation: TUUAORBGODAV Force size: 200 + 3 Battle stations Armada name: HE Armada; Composition unknown, all surveillance droids were dismantled by a robotic AI led by a unit known as "Guilty Spark". Intercepting of transmissions indicate possibility of forces based on Fleet Carriers and Dreadnaughts, with Destroyers as support. Location: K2. Idle. Fortification name: Tri-base group; Contains three Battle-stations in capital system, all equidistant from artifact commonly known as Halo. Unconfirmed reports that artifact is a weapon itself.
Terran Empire Dominion Affiliation: Federation Force Size: 400 ships Armada name: Prime Armada; Armada includes Battleships, Cruisers (this you get a 19), Destroyers, Heavy cruisers and Assault Carriers(100 of these, as carriers hold corvettes and you can have 100s of corvettes) Location: G11. This Armada is entrenching, providing bonus to stationary defenses. Joint force name: Starfleet Assault Force 1; Comprised of 1 TED Armada in a joint formation with TD fleets. TED section includes Battleships (again, too many), Assault Carriers, Heavy Cruisers (too many) Location: E12
Final note: All combatants are forbidden from using exotic weaponry such as black-hole generators, D-virii and any other untargetable weapons that would affect anyone other than those participating in this war (OOC: Fancy way of saying don't godmode with stuff like that, let me decide the form the damage takes from any weapon you use. If you feel I must let you use a certain weapon, let me know in this thread, I will carefully consider it). Targeting of civilians, while an atrocity, is not specifically forbidden. In the interest of preserving some modicum of peace, Armedes requests that civilians be considered exempt.
Finally, all citizenry are considered to be active in interstellar trading and do not recognize war is underway. This state is in effect unless I am otherwise notified by the respective governments.

Sorry about having too many battle ships. I would like to make it so that each fleet can have the maximum amount of battle ships. I would like the rest of the battle ships to be turned into Athena Assault Carrier. If that’s okay?

As soon as the war starts all of my fleets will attack the combined fleet at E12. I will deploy all fighters before hand.

Well tonight is very interesting at home. HE and BCD are staying in there room planning their war. They only come out when they want to use the computer. I thought I might as well write my orders before tomorrow like almost every one else. TED and my combined fleets will hold their ground in E12 deploying fighters and preparing defenses.

The First Hegemon of Armedes activates battle grid, with instant surveillnce on all fleets. Please be aware that Alpha Quadrant is now in a state of war.
(OOC: Everyone ok with cloaking devices? You can not use them while firing, but otherwise I think they're good.)
You may advance your fleet now.

btw, they're NOT mobile domes unless I detach them from the planet - otherwise, they're just very large buildings ...
Although you ARE right about being unable to distinguish them from military targets ...
The 5th and 6th FDS Fleets are now on the west side of O10, inbetween it and Talyca. Fighter patrols are increased to 50% total fighter capacity.

Ok. I'll move the fleets accordingly. Note that inbetween my comments, each nation can only post ONCE. Edit if you have to. You will move two sectors at a time. I'll try to post back often, but I just got conscripted to move stuff from a storage place to a garage in R/L. So... yeah.
